SWIAA Gardens offers personalised care and specialised dementia support within a welcoming and safe environment. Expanding over two buildings, SWIAA Gardens is equipped with 107 large single rooms including 22 dementia support places for residents and 3 double rooms.

Our rooms are designed to encourage independence, while supporting you with any area that is needed. All rooms are fitted with ensuites, built-in wardrobes, bedside table and most rooms have balconies overlooking the greenery of the grounds. We encourage our residents to bring some of their own furniture and treasured possessions to help ease the transition and to make their room feel more like home. Our supportive and compassionate staff ensure residents are comfortable and have the best quality of life possible.
