About SWIAA
Set amongst beautifully landscaped gardens and Tuscan-inspired architecture, SWIAA Villages has been thoughtfully created to bring a sense of warmth, belonging and connection. We are committed to the philosophy of providing a person-centred care approach by focusing on the health and wellbeing of our residents and the community we serve. SWIAA Villages offers a selection of 41 low-maintenance retirement living villas and 113 residential aged care accommodation which includes dementia-specific care places. Residential Aged Care
At SWIAA Gardens, we provide personalised care and specialised dementia support within a welcoming and safe environment. Expanding over two buildings, SWIAA Gardens is equipped with 107 large single rooms including 22 dementia support places for residents, and 3 double rooms.
Retirement Village
Surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens, each of our 41 Tuscan-inspired retirement living villas have been designed to maximise your comfort and independence.
