Senior Rights Service
Protecting the rights of older people
If you have a concern or problem, please see the Registered Nurse in Charge at the time or the Residential Services Manager. If you are still unable to resolve the situation you may wish to escalate your concerns to our CEO or contact the, Senior Rights Service. They are a community legal centre that protects the rights of older people, who provide telephone advice, advocacy, legal advice and educational services.

The Aged Care Complaints Commissioner provides a free service for anyone to raise their concerns about the quality of care or services being delivered to people receiving aged care services subsidised by the Australian Government.
